About Our Foresters
Meet Our Staff
Our Foresters manage forested lands for economic, recreational, and conservation purposes. They inventory the type, amount, and location of standing timber, appraise the timber's worth, negotiate the purchase, and draw up contracts for procurement. Our Foresters may determine how to conserve wildlife habitats, creek beds, water quality, and soil stability, and how best to comply with environmental regulations. They may devise plans for planting and growing new trees, monitor trees for healthy growth, and determine the best time for harvesting. Also, they develop forest management plans for public and privately-owned forested lands. Our foresters as well as our Crew Foreman's hold a Master Timber Harvester's Certification.

Our office staff is responsible for the overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, large purchasing requests and facilities. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. Responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings. Our office staff is skilled in payroll, organization skills, communication proficiency, decision making, time management, advance computer software, accounts payable & receivable, etc. Our office staff attends regular trainings to make our business prosper.
